Post-Visit Experience
After your visit, you may receive a follow-up text or email. We would love to hear your feedback so that we can continue to grow and refine, so that you will continue to receive the absolute best service that we can provide.
In-Salon Experience
When you arrive, you will be warmly greeted and welcomed into your stylist’s chair for a thorough consultation where we will ensure that your hair goals are met. While your stylist is crafting your new look, we invite you to enjoy one of our complimentary snacks & beverages, a relaxing shampoo experience, and end with a customized aftercare regimen that is tailored just for you.
Pre-Visit Experience
Once you have your appointment scheduled with your new stylist, you will receive a confirmation the same day that you book, as well as one reminder 24-48 hours before your appointment time.

No, service is by appointment only.
Our team is made up of independent stylists who make their own schedule. Hours vary by day and by stylist.
Yes! We have ample free parking right in front of our building, along with (2) reserved parking spots for our guests convenience.
We are located inside of the Vitality Complex. You will find our parking on the "cafe" side of the building in front of the salon beside the mailboxes. You may enter through the main double doors on that side of the building. Our salon is on the first hallway to your left. There will be directional signs leading the way!
