I'm Falon Patton-Smith
Owner and Stylist at Flourish Salon Collective
I’m a North Carolina native, and when I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me spending time with my amazing family. My husband is a Firefighter, and together we have four wonderful children whom we homeschool. Life is "full" in this season, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything!
With 20 years of salon experience, I’ve learned that being a great stylist is about more than just creating beautiful hair — it’s about building genuine relationships. I truly value the connections I make with my guests and the endless things I learn from them. This ever-evolving industry keeps me inspired, challenged, and in touch with my creative side, which I’m so grateful for.
As my guest, you can expect an honest and transparent approach to finding your perfect style. I believe in giving my guests the best tips and practical advice for caring for their hair — because great hair doesn’t stop when you leave the salon (even if you are a mom who sports a ponytail or bun majority of the time!). I look forward to welcoming you into a relaxed, down-to-earth space where consistency and trust are at the heart of everything I do.

I'm Laura Linker
I’m Laura, a hairstylist with over 20 years of experience in creating classic cuts and colors for clients of all ages. I truly enjoy building long-lasting relationships with my clientele, especially when I have the privilege of caring for entire families behind the chair. As a proud Harrisburg, NC native, I love serving my local community and helping people feel their best. Outside of the salon, you can find me spending quality time with family and my dog, Chloe.
